How do I make my order?

  1. Review the products and click on the product of your choice.
  2. Select the weight using the drop down list.
  3. Click on “Add to Cart”.
  4. View your “Cart” once you are satisfied with your order.
  5. Review and confirm your order then click on “Proceed to Checkout”.
  6. Input and review your billing details then proceed to “Place Order”.
  7. After placing your order, check your email for confirmation.
  8. Make your payment with Interact E-mail transfer.

How do i set up an account?

  1. Click on “Register”
  2. Fill out your personal information, email and create a password.

Can I order outside of Canada?

We currently only ship within Canada.

Is my order secured?

Your order will be packaged with care and sealed to ensure privacy and discretion. Our packaging will ensure your order will arrive in excellent standard.

How do I send an Interact E-mail transfer?

  1. Set up online banking with your financial institution. You may want to contact them or visit a branch for information on how to set it up.
  2. Add our email and input the exact amount on your invoice.
  3. Confirm and submit the transfer.
  4. We will provide the security question and answer for your purchase.
  5. 5.Feel free to contact us for more information.

What methods can I use to make payments?

We accept Interact E-mail transfer payments. Please call your financial institutions if you have any questions with regards to interact email transfers.

What happens after I complete my interact E-mail transfer?

Your order will be processed. Please keep in mind that your order won’t be completed until payments have been received.

Are taxes included in the prices?

Yes, all prices include taxes.

SHIPPING

Will I get a refund or replacement if my package is lost or stolen?

There will be refunds if your package is lost or stolen due to the couriers fault. We will do an investigate before replacing any lost or stolen packages. Please ensure all your shipping information is correct! Thanks.

Canada post tracking says, “Successfully Delivered”, however I haven’t received my products. What can I do?

Canada Post may have accidently shipped your package to the wrong address. If you haven’t received itwithin 2 business days, contact us and we will contact Canada Post to get information. Canada Post may start an investigation, and this can take up to 5 business days. If package has been found, it may take 2 days for your order to be delivered.

“The investigation involves contacting the addressee to confirm delivery, or to better understand how they receive their mail and, as applicable, if they checked: with the front desk, security or mail room at the receiving address to see if someone else accepted the item on their behalf; their Community Mail Box for the item or parcel compartment key; around their property to see if the item was left in a safe location or in a mailbox attached to their home. In rare cases, a delivery scan is entered into our system before the item is delivered. If you become aware that the addressee has received the item before we contact you, simply reply to this e-mail indicating the item has been received.”
